SIMON DEEP Certified PGA Professional Advanced Coaching
I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some of the world’s leading practitioners and trainers, including Dr Robert Neal and Physiotherapist Michael Dalgleish, who we run workshops with twice a year at Golf Paradise and The Par 3 course.
I’m constantly researching Statistics, Biomechanics, Technology and Psychology, as these are the tools that have given me the knowledge and helped form the coach I am today. I screen my players’ mobility and stability to work out the most efficient way for them to swing the club. With these tools, we can track and benchmark your progress to ensure you achieve your goals.
I work with golfers of all abilities, including Tour Players, and have a particular interest in preventing, as well as helping with injury recovery, which is quite often caused by poor technique. I also regularly consult with a Spinal Surgeon to assist in post and pre operation exercises to help delay surgeries. I’ve been coaching golf for over 25 years, and I love it now as much as the day I started and instead of coaching a method, I coach the person. I believe my strength is bringing a simple solution to a complex problem, as everybody is unique and coaching the individual player to perform at their best is my ultimate goal.
