Terrey Hills Par 3 is Sydney's ONLY day and night short course! Opened in January 2000, the course is on the verge of the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park with spectacular views and sunsets.
Terrey Hills Par 3 is an 18-hole Golf Course with a 'PAR 3' on every hole and the clientele of Par 3 varies widely from the first time player to the low handicapper practicing their short game. Seniors enjoy the shortened walk around 18-holes of golf, where the layout is challenging, yet the endurance required to last the 18-holes is minimal. |

MGS Physiotherapy treats the cause of your pain, rather than masking it. How often has experiencing pain and discomfort from an injury stopped you from enjoying your usual active routine? Many of us tackle the pain but not the underlying cause, meaning the pain soon returns or in some cases gets worse.
Reducing pain and allowing people to return to their normal activity is important in our early treatment. We take the time to accurately identify the real cause of your discomfort and create a plan just for you, helping you reduce the chance of pain coming back. |
Mosman Sports Clinic has a different approach for releasing overused muscles, known as Active Release Techniques (ART). Most healthcare providers use techniques of massage, trigger point, electrical modalities and ultrasound with varying degrees of specificity to treat soft tissue problems. These all provide reasonable results but there is a much better way. To learn ART you must be serious enough to invest a great deal of time and effort to learn over 500 treatment moves or "protocols."
Peter Valabek has dedicated years of his life learning to understand and evaluate the movement of each tissue in order to correct pain or strain in muscles, tendons or ligaments. Throughout his career, Peter has gained the experience which is required, and the immense amount of knowledge and ability to perform ART. |
